Hello,

Is it possible to create arrays (for storing sound) on the fly.

I want to start recording after the hit of a midi message in a already created array, and create a new array for the next time I start recording.

Or if it is fast enough I want to create a new file and start recording in it after receiving a MIDI message...

When configuring the audio settings you can turn on/off the "use callbacks" setting.

Can somebody explain what this actualy means, does? Or where I can find information on this.

I'm new to PD, and im making this loop device.
Now i have some objects, but lets focus on the phasor object, which are/is being used all around the worksheet.

So I have the lines going around, it would be nice if I could have the same object, or the output of a object, at different places, is this possible?

a bit like the adc~ wich can be used, taken, every where.

The same for my metronome I want to put it on a certain speed and then be able to get the beats from it at the other side of the screen, without drawing the line, abit like a pipe.

I think my question is clear.

This seems to be what I was looking for,
though...

I implemented it, and i get bad sound quality,
It seems to slow things down some where ... but I'll have a look later, more in detail.
