What @jameslo suggested workerd for me:

• download iemlib from deken (used the 2018 version from musil)
• goto Pd->settings->libraries
• click 'add' or 'new'
• type 'iemlib'

this loads the single file library 'iemlib' which contains the missing filter~ object
