has anyone tried to use pd in your guitar effects loop? whilst playing live i mean..

and if you have, do have have like another guy sitting and hitting the toggle switch when you need the effect, or is there some kind of footpedal one can use?

i tried it in with live, cubase and reaper.. it just doesn't recognise the ".dll" file
