I'd like to ask if anyone could help me create a patch that would trigger a note when an audio clip coming from an audio interface starts.

So basically when the audio signal goes from 0 to something. The idea is to use this on a live show from the backing track signal which will have several songs being played, so when a new song starts, a midi message should be created.
