I know that if you send a [border 0< message to the Gemwin object it will make the border of the Gem window disappear.
But is there a way you can get the top menu bar (PD-Extended File Find Media Window Help) to disappear? So that when you send a [fullscreen 1< message to the Gemwin you can create true fullscreen?
Any suggestions?

Hi there, I'm new at this so please excuse my ignorance.
How do you get Gem to play back the audio of a video as well?
I know its probably really simple but I can't work it out. I've made a patch for a video mixer (attached below) but how do I get the audio of my quicktime movie to play as well.
Thanks for anyones help.....

Hi there.
I'm very new at this so please excuse my ignorance!
All I want to know how to do is either slow down or speed up a video source in Gem?
I am in the middle of building an interactive installation that I hope to be controlled by an Arduino. But before I get into the nitty gritty of programming the board, I need to get the basics sorted.
I have managed to bulid a Gem window, and play back footage successfully, I now just need your help to tell me how I can adjust the speed of the video.
I've attached the patch I'm currently using.
Any help would be great!!
Thanks for your time guys.

I've found a way. It's called "LSUIPresentationMode". Basically, using Property List Editor.app, open Pd-extended.app/Contents/Info.plist. Add a "New Child" to "Root". Call that node "LSUIPresentationMode" change the data type to "Number" and set the data to be "4". Then when you launch Pd-extended.app, the Menubar and Dock will auto-hide themselves.

Any help would be great!! I'm going mad trying to solve something that I know is so simple to you guys, so I'm sorry for the lack of understanding on my behalf..!
Any help please.
