Hello, iv'e been having the same problem. Has anyone come up with a solution yet?

Im running PureData (Extended) 0.43.4 with Processing 2.1.1 on a Win 8 Laptop

When I try to "create" or run the project, pd.exe often crashes. Also i'm not receiving any information from my webcam. There must be something wrong with my GEM?
