Hi, apologies in advance if this is a rudimentary post. I'd like to use a non-CPU hungry reverb object in Pd, primarily because my patches will be running on a limited CPU on Raspberry Pi with the Satellite CCRMA image.

From some research I've done so far, one of the better performing reverbs appears to be [rev4~]. However, where could I find [rev4~]? Googling has turned up little (even on this forum), and I cannot locate it either in Pd-extended or as a third party patch.

I did locate this reference to [rev4~] for Max version. Ahem, cheap reverb:

Indeed the download link is broken at the Max Objects Database. According to them, [rev4~] was part of a library named Jimmies, and it also states that:

"The Jimmies is an historical collection of patches, abstractions and external objects developed for the MAX/FTS environment on the ISPW at the beginning of the 1990s, and assembled into a formal collection of tools by Zack Settel in 1993.
Zack Settel developped a new free version of the Jimmies called xjimmies : http://www.maxobjects.com/?v=libraries&id_library=100"

I found the new library, but unfortunately the object [rev4~] is nowhere to be found there (at least I could not find it). You can try it by yourself (download the file nSLAM-2.0.zip and look for the folder xjimmies): http://www.tot.sat.qc.ca/down_nslam.html

Probably your best try will be to ask around if any other user has it, or you can try to contact Zack yourself ( http://www.sheefa.net/zack/portfolio/ ). If you do manage to find this object, I believe it would be great if you could upload it here for someone looking for it in the future.
