I finaly have some time on my hands and decided to get into RjDj on the iPhone, but the project is dead. Is there an alternative or a secret place where it can be found?

You could try MobMuPlat. I never used RJDJ so I'm not sure if it is the same but MobMuPlat let's you run PD patches on iOS... maybe this will be good for you.
