I want to use a joystick (logitech dual action gamepad) in puredata but i don't have a idea for mac osx.
must i install a driver for this and then i download a object for joystick?
how can i do that?

For most USB joysticks use the [hid] object, no driver required. (You write your own by mapping the values in Pd) to do what you want.
