IBM has just launched a new product named PureData System, you'll get plenty of results in google for that...
So my thought is: why doesn't Miller sue IBM for damages and uses all that money to develop an integrated super sssad system or to fulfil some other precious pd wish?

Well, considering MSP started off as code taken directly from Pd and sold for hundreds of dollars with no protest from Miller, I'm betting that he doesn't really care about money.
And btw, Miller has also stated that he doesn't think Pd-vanilla should have it's own built-in state-saving system, so that likely wouldn't be the wish he's looking to fulfill.

Anyway Max has a different name but these guys from IBM chose the same name creating some confusion on the web. The hashtag #puredata on twitter was just for pd now it's a mess.
For the built-in-sss it was my wish
