I've been experiencing some trouble with the array object. I'm including the patch here which has an explanation of what's happening as well as my config.

In short, when I use it as a spectrum analyzer it gives me two spectral displays inside the array window instead of one as expected.

The array size is too big. The FFT objects use the block size as the FFT size. So if you just want the spectrum from 0 Hz to Nyquist (which is what [rfft~] gives you), you should set the array size to be half the block size and use [block~] to set how big you want the FFT to be.

Are you setting the block size with [block~] inside a subpatch or abstraction? Because that's where you're supposed to use it. If it's in the parent patch, you could possibly be running into problems because [dac~] uses the global block size set in the Audio Settings, if I'm not mistaken. That creates a mismatch that could result in buffers not being filled like they should.
