This is my second project with puredata and I need some help,... again.
I am trying to smooth the sound signal input to use it for increase the size of the circle.

Now its shake all the time, I need to still the movement (sorry for my english .

Any advice?

I don't have GEM installed, but I think [line] should do the trick.

Something like this:

[ \ ... this is the number box which represents input
|
[$1 100( ... first argument = destination, 2nd argument = time (msec)
|
[line]

The output of [fiddle~] might be too fast for [line] to have much effect. You could try smoothing it out with [mapping/mean_n]. This will give you a running average, which will make sudden jumps less significant. The larger the argument, the smoother it will be.

Anyway, I didn't understand so well the use of [line] and [mean] but I will investigate these objects to keep learning.

But for now, I find a little patch that solved the problem. I attach it to this reply if you want to use it or improve it.
