the videos were not made with pd in any way. They were all created differently.

Generally speaking, they are the result of various process of degradation... digital & analog downgrading / databending / etc. Usually from hours of experimenting with different techniques. Though I can say that "auto rotating shirt" was from extreme downgrading of some film footage rendered digitally and "remote viewing seagull game" was from some rather simple digital overlays.
