when using this tab I get a pop sound how do I fix that

Can you give more detail? What pops? When do they occur?

You're probably trying to read a table into which you're writing at the same time? I would try to use an envelope (some kind of ramp with line~ or vline~) on either the writing or the reading of the table (or both?).
