I'm fairly new to this so please forgive me if I don't make much sense!
I'm trying to figure out how you can stream performance data from any game engine and receive it in pure data. After watching tutorial videos about Reactivision on youtube I'm guessing one way to do it would be sending the data in form of lists that can be unpacked in Pd.....
but a) how do you send txt files that continually update themselves from a game engine and how do you create a patch in Pd that will acknowledge anything sent from a game engine as an input?
If there are tutorials on this could anyone please point me in the right direction? Just really struggling to find anything on this area....
