This is an abstraction that can plot the frequency and phase response of biquad filter coefficients. You can send it more than one filter at once, so you can make some nice EQ plots. The help patch illustrates it by using the [multimode.mmb] abstraction I posted here yesterday:

That's a real gift, [filterplot], thanks! You know, the only reason I still used MaxMsp once in a while was because of it's filtergraph.

I collected your abstractions following the links in your post, but is there not a web location where all your filter abstractions are available as one library? They are too important to be scattered around. In fact they should be considered standard dsp tools and be included in Pd extended.

Thanks, katjav! Yeah, I was thinking of at least bundling everything together into one .zip and reposting so people don't have to jump around the forum. And eventually I plan on getting them in Pd-extended. But before I do that there are a couple more abs I'd like to finish.

Every time I've tried making some kind of personal page, I lose interest or become too busy to bother with it. But one of these days I might get my act together.

Edit: Also, I don't know if you follow the list much at all, but a few months ago Hans started work on a Tk filtergraph clone for Pd. I helped him get the frequency response right, but got too busy to add much since, and it doesn't look like he's added much since, either.
