I've created an abstraction (player.pd) to play/preview a video that uses GEM and [#see] from Gridflow to preview. Whenever I try to mix two (videomix.pd) of these using [pix_mix] the video on the right displays as it should, but the one on the left changes to the output of [pix_mix], which shouldn't be happening.

Can anyone help me point out the problem?

Ok, just got Gridflow working on the Ubuntu 10.10 box and I think I see the problem... The feed from the video on the right is bleeding into the preview of the one on the left. It may have something to do with it being an abstraction, maybe sharing the same gemhead...I'll poke at it alittle bit more

Yup, just as I thought... You need a couple [separator] objects to split the [pix_film] inside the player.pd abstraction.

I had to use [pix_separator] instead, but thanks none-the-less. I didin't know about those objects
