Hello,

I can't figure out how to do the following:

• when, say, abstraction gets note C4, output only noteon
• when it gets note G4, do the same
• when C4/G4 is arriving again, output only noteoff

That way I will be able to input a chord by hitting keys on midi keyboard, and then "edit" it live by "toggling" them.

Maybe you have some ideas or have done something similar before...

I would use a table to keep track of the current state of each note. Take a look at the attached.
