Hi there,

has anyone seen or made an object that handles a single on/off state for every key of a midi (virtual) keyboard, and thus enables toggling between these states in reaction to fixed length incoming midi notes ?

This kind of "midi latch" would be useful when triggering sample players that need a midi key to be pressed continuously, whenever the "triggering device" releases "noteoff" messages automatically for each note played.
