I am Spanish and completely new to the Pure Data software and forum. I am beggining to understand, not in my foreign language, the program.

I would like to ask, according to the patch attached, how I must do to record the frequency changes realized in the patch to a new file in a concrete hard drive location.

Also I would like to know how to combine readsf~ and writesf~ in a patch, to know how to load a file, manipulate it and record the changes to a new one.

Please, if someone know it I would thank you to answer the message and send a patch with a result of combine both objects.

The problem you have may be due to the "í" character in your path. I think I read somewhere that Pd doesn't like these kinds of characters.

I have solved the problem, the program recognizes the "í" character and do not read the spaces between in the folders. Instead of Pure Data directory I changed to Pd, and it record in the selected route.

However it does not recognize the open -bytes 3 $1.

How I must do to create a 24 bit soundfile?.

[list2symbol] should have made it so that it works with the space. Also, in case you are unaware, if you don't need the file/path hard-coded in the patch, you can use a save dialog like this:

[savepanel]
|
[open $1(
|
[writesf~]

Spaces seem to work that way as well.

As for the bit-depth, that also works for me. Just tested it on Pd-extended 0.41.4 on WinXP.
