Just coming over from Max for a while. I was wondering if there might be a multislider object or a way to enter note value data with a user set number of sliders. I read that you can build one but I have no idea where to start.

go easy I am extremely newbie... If anybody knows an external or an abstract - that would help my transition a lot.

It kind of depends on exactly what behavior from multislider you're looking for, as it is a fairly complex object that gets used in a variety of ways. If you're just looking to store note values and use them as a sequencer, then arrays might be what you're looking for. Arrays in Pd are like [itable] in Max (the no-gui version in Pd, like max, is called

I do have PD-extended so I will look into the cyclone library.
