I have done this rather simple patch. Well, it's not quite complete yet. A link is missing. But i can't do it. Why ? Any help ?

Objects with a ~ are audio rate objects that spit out a continuous signal, which you don't need here as you're using MIDI only. While some audio objects will also accept message inputs (which they then just upsample and convert to a signal), this is never the case with message rate objects, which will only output when the hot (left) inlet receives a message. That's why it won't connect to [makenote]. So you should start by changing those [*~ ] objects to

• objects. You may need to reorder what's going into the inlets or use [t b f] to get them to fire correctly as well. ([t] is shorthand for [trigger], which is used to ensure the correct execution order, just in case you were unaware.)
