i am trying to port a function found in a recent patch for audio time compression / expansion patch rockefella.pd
in the externals and i dont understand the expr function

[expr (pow(2,$f1/120)-$f2/$f3]

what does pow do ?

can some one explain this as a math matical formula

pow means power and calculates a number powerd by a second number.
example:
pow(x, 3) = x³ = x*x*x

btw: this formula will not work, there is missing a round bracket!
