for each collision pd receive a bang with two parameters

position tube

i'm looking for synthesis metal bars sounds to transform this "thing" into a musical instrument

Hi Denis,

Those are done with FM.

Now, if you want _exact_ musical pitches you need a bit of math to turn bar modes into FM coefficients via reverse Bessel functions. On the other hand, just change the fundamental (carrier) and say "that's good enough for rock n roll" (the overtones will be out of line).
