I just have one more problem i have to deal with to have my program running better. After the patch has gone through, i want to have each movie clip restarted right from the first frame so that it looks like a fresh restart every run through. at the moment each movie clip just restarts from where it left off before it was un-triggered. does anyone know if there's a "restart" function with gem ?

check the help patches for [pix_film] and [pix_movie] - you can send the frame number to the second inlet
