Hiya

On OSX, when I try to create the [sssad] abstraction, it only works when I type [sssad/sssad]. However when I instantiate the other abstractions in the *same* directory, such as [sssliders], it works, as does [sssad/sssliders].

Does anyone know why this is?

I have added sssad to the startup list. Do I need something extra in the Paths list?

I have been researching this issue, it has been the hot topic lately, but my problem is so similar to yours, I must ask if you solved this...?
I downloaded the s-abstractions from somewhere and everything works except sssad...
I had them all in a "externals" folder and have my startup path pointing to this folder..
I recently deleted the whole s-abstractions and am going to download and install again...
but I am hoping someone can clarify how I should direct the startup so that sssad is recognized.

Basically i avoided sssad in extras folder all together. I have my own folder called PD-lib full of stuff ive made on the root of my hard drive.

i think what i've done now is grab the s-abstractions download (which includes a sssad folder with the very handy datastore abs) and put the folder into Pd-lib and referenced a path to /Pd-lib/s-abstractions. It works fine like this
