I have lost my password and i have tried ophcrack to find it, but it did not work on windows vista. Someone who have an idea how to get inn to my pc?

...but he's right. Boot a linux live cd and you can certainly 'get in.' After that, it is up to you.

Try a very modern live CD like latest Ubuntu Live or Vector Linux that can read an NTFS partition.

Mount the C drive and another external drive

Probably something like

mkdir /mnt/old-drive
mkdir /mnt/backup-drive

mount /dev/hda1 /mnt/old-drive
mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/backup-drive

cp -R /mnt/old-drive/* /mnt/backup-drive

That will copy all your work from the Vista partition to a safe place

Then reinstall Windows or try a Linux distro. Probably best to go back to XP + SP2 if you are
sticking with Windows.
