Building an envelope follower.... If it was a circuit, the first thing after the buffer would be a full wave diode rectifier. How to do this in pd? Can it be done in the time domain? Yes, I know about [diode~] but I wanna do it myself.

Also, I need to smooth out the peaks and valleys of the signal. Once again the analog to a circuit would be a capacitor. Is the best way to do this with [lop~] or is their another option???
