I wonder if anyone have any advice on how to implement a function that assigns various note values to various messages (tones) in a "sel"-object.

I am trying to imitate an old modem dial up sound, and I want the first tone to be 1/4 and the rest to be 1/8. I am not too familiar with pd yet. BR Henrik

theres a sequencer with up to 16 steps, and a bank of numbers that is just a simple interface to an array.

maybe it can do what you want, here it is with the sequencer bank
