I want to connect an arduino to my patch, and the arduino is sending a stream of ints. Is there an alternative to comport I can use, or any other solution other than go back to Windows 8.1?</p>

Maybe use another application and send the values over UDP. Maybe collect the Arduino data with Python and send it over to Pd,receiving it with [netreceive]...</p>

Sorry not to have more detailed advice. I should add that this particular machine is running a non-updated version of Windows 10 (i.e. bought about 18 months ago), and it works both with official and clone (ch340g) Arduino boards.</p>
