<p><a class="plugin-mentions-a" href="http://forum.pdpatchrepo.info/user/timothyschoen">@timothyschoen</a> plugdata recent versions have gotten to be <em>really convenient</em> -- super easy audio Swiss army knife for any DAW, great stuff.</p>

It's definitely a bit of a Swiss knife. For my job, I had to encode a lot of MIDI pitch data into audio files (so they could easily be read in sync with other audio), that could have been a lot more painful if not for plugdata!</p>
